Pr\u00e1vo na v\u00fdmaz se nevztahuje na zpracov\u00e1van\u00e9 \u00fadaje v r\u00e1mci povinnosti pln\u011bn\u00ed smlouvy, z\u00e1konn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f, \u010di opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdch z\u00e1jm\u016f. Pokud jsou n\u011bkter\u00e1 Va\u0161e data uchov\u00e1v\u00e1na v z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00edch syst\u00e9mech, kter\u00e9 automatizovan\u011b zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed odolnost v\u0161ech na\u0161ich syst\u00e9m\u016f a pln\u00ed funkci ochrany ztr\u00e1ty dat pro p\u0159\u00edpady hav\u00e1ri\u00ed, nen\u00ed v na\u0161ich sil\u00e1ch vymazat tyto data i ze z\u00e1lo\u017en\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f.
